Cornelia studied cello in Europe with french cellist Andre Navarra where she received diplomas in performance and pedagogy. While in Europe, she was a member of the Tibor Varga Chamber Orchestra, the Southwest German Radio Orchestra, and the Bavarian Symphony in Munich. Upon returning to the U.S. she has performed with the Chicago Symphony, Concertante di Chicago, and the Chicago Philharmonic. She is a passionate teacher and enjoys working with all ages. Her teaching philosophy is to make learning fun, and to help her students develop a love for making music together with others.

Mr.Johnston has taught for the past 31 years at DePaul University, American Conservatory of Music, VanderCook College of Music, University Of Chicago and his current home studio. He has served as Concertmaster of the Mozart Sinfonia, Northwest Indiana Symphony, Illinois Philharmonic and Chicago Chamber. He is a member of the Chicago Sinfonietta and the Orchestra Nashville. Carl has performed with the Chicago, Milwaukee and Grant Park Symphonies. He has appeared as soloist in Europe and Asia.

A graduate of the prestigious University of North Texas, Nathan received an incredible education that included studying with world-renowned jazz bassist Lynn Seaton and Oscar winning bassist Jeff Eckles. Nathan also loves being in the studio, having recorded/co-produced five albums under such labels as Klavier and North Paw. Also an accomplished classical bassist, Nathan performed with the celebrated Dallas Wind Symphony at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center and the University of North Texas Wind Symphony.

Eliza is a recent graduate of the Oberlin Conservatory of music. She has studied under Paula Fischer, Gerardo Ribiero (of Northwestern), Lynn Chang (of The Boston Conservatory) and most recently with Gregory Fulkerson (of Oberlin Conservatory). She is currently finishing her Masters of Music Education from the Northwestern School of Music. Eliza has been teaching violin for eight years and since then has had over 40 students ranging in age from 5-45. It is never to late to learn the violin! She is a vibrant and energetic young teacher. Her rates are: 1/2 hour $25, 45min $30 and 1hr $35.

Michelle Lewis is a cellist in the Chicago area. She holds a bachelor's degree in cello performance from the University of Michigan and a graduate degree(in progress)from DePaul University. She has been teaching for 9 years in the Chicago and Detroit areas.

She has studied under cellists Anthony Elliot, Stephen Balderston, Hans Jorgen Jensen, Melissa Kraut and more. She has played with symphonies all over Michigan.

Ms Lindner attended the University of Southern California and earned degrees from Northwestern University. Her students hold principal positions at local junior high and high schools. She has appeared with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the Minnesota Orchestra, the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, and the Lyric Opera of Chicago. She performs regularly with ballet, opera and symphonies in the Chicago area and has played for numerous national commercials and for Emmy and Grammy award-winning performances. She has been on faculty at the University of Minnesota and Columbia College (Chicago).

Dr. Yulia Lipmanovich is a Russian born concert pianist and distinguished piano teacher Dr. Yulia Lipmanovich brings to her Piano Studio a vast wealth of teaching and performing experience which enables her to successfully introduce young performers of any level and age to the beautiful world of music. Dr. Lipmanovich believes it is her role as educator to facilitate and motivate each student in finding a successful and fluid piano technique, exploring their individual creative abilities and performance skills while also developing the fundamental understanding and mastery of each composition

Emily Morgan received her B.M. and M.M. in violin performance from Illinois State University. Ms. Morgan has been teaching violin since 2001. DAVID YONAN was born in Berlin, and after winning the Berlin youth competition at the age of 10, gave his recital debuts in Berlin, Moscow and St. Petersburg. At the age of 12 he made his orchestral debut at the Berlin Philharmonic Hall with the Berlin Symphony Orchestra, performing Henri Wieniawski’s Violin Concerto No.2. At age 15 he came to the United States to study with renowned violin teachers, Roland & Almita Vamos, and Dorothy DeLay at the Juilliard School and the Aspen Music Festival. David has won prizes at numerous significant International Violin Competitions. He has made guest performances at major Music Festivals, including the Aspen, Bowdoin, Schleswig Holstein, Mecklenburg Vorpommern, and Cervo Music Festivals and solo performances with the Berlin Symphony, Nuremberg Symphony, Frankfurt Symphony, Baden-Baden Philharmonic, Potsdam Symphony, Minnesota Sinfonia, and Santiago de Chile Symphony Orchestras among others. He has performed for radio and TV productions for the German ARD and ZDF networks, Deutsche Welle TV, CBS, and the Chilean TV network. Jessica currently teaches Irish fiddle and Irish music for cellists, as well as beginning tin whistle, for the Irish Music School of Chicago.
